About Ashton Adcox

Ashton Adcox is a Chicago-based visual artist who focuses on printmaking, illustration, and painting. Her work focuses on exploring femininity, fatness, and Sexual Abuse. Ashton uses grotesque detail and imagined creatures made from a mix of animal and human parts. Ashton originated from New Orleans, Louisiana and attended the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. There she decided to pursue her life in art. She then moved to Chicago to attend The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Ashton is currently pursuing her BFA at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
